By accessing or using Talivero ("the Service"), operated by Smart Technology Investments LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Talivero provides tax entity optimization analysis for self-employed individuals, freelancers, and gig workers. The Service models potential tax outcomes under different business entity structures using publicly available data from the IRS, SSA, BLS, Tax Foundation, and state government sources.

3. Not Tax Advice

The Service provides informational analysis only and does not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. You should consult a qualified tax professional before making entity election, salary allocation, or retirement contribution decisions. We are not a CPA firm, tax preparation service, or registered investment advisor.

4. Accuracy of Data

While we strive to maintain current and accurate data, tax laws, rates, and thresholds change frequently. We make no warranty that data is complete, current, or error-free. You are responsible for verifying any figures before taking action.

5. API Usage

Developer API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas defined by your subscription tier. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense raw API data. You may use the data to build derivative applications for your own end users.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, including abuse of API rate limits, automated scraping outside of the API, or any activity that degrades service for other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Technology Investments LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to tax penalties, missed deductions, or incorrect entity elections.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
